We trade into the evening. Do we pay more at peak times?
No. Cable’s usage rate is the same at every time of day, so dinner service is charged at the same rate per kWh as daytime use. Annual CPI adjustments and a daily supply charge still apply.
There’s little space beside our kitchen. Can a battery fit?
We assess the available space and access before agreeing a layout. We typically find an underused spot that keeps walkways, deliveries and kitchen access clear. A tight site is still worth a conversation.

Can installation be planned around patient appointments?
Yes. We agree the timing with you before work starts and can plan the power interruption outside operating hours. Tell us your appointment schedule so we can work around your practice.
How do you assess electricity use in our practice?

Do we need to change when we run our machines?
No. Cable’s usage rate is the same throughout the day and night, so you can run washing machines and electric dryers when your business needs them.

How do you help with landlord approval?
We bring your landlord or property manager into the conversation and use a standard process to seek approval, with the required documentation. Our landlord agreements include obligations on Cable covering insurance and making good. Approval is needed before installation.
