In addition to your daily charge and bespoke unit charge, and any other fees in your contract with us, we may charge the following fees in certain events. These mostly reflect costs we incur from the Distribution Network Service Provider.

Ausgrid ancillary services requested outside 7:30am–4:00pm on a working day are charged at 175% of the listed fee.
