All questionsWho can become a referral partner?
We work with businesses that can introduce suitable business customers. Advisers, brokers, solar businesses, accountants, networks and platforms are examples. Tell us who you work with so we can assess the fit.
How do referral payments work?
We agree the commercial terms before introductions begin, including what qualifies, how referrals are attributed, when payment is due and how cancellations are handled.
Who looks after my customer?
Cable assesses the site, prepares the electricity offer and manages the battery and electricity service. We agree who handles each part of the customer conversation with you.
Will every customer qualify?
No. We assess each customer’s electricity use, premises and installation requirements. A customer who does not want to buy a battery may suit Cable, but the site and economics still need to work.
Can I refer customers and install batteries?
Yes. Referral and installation arrangements are agreed separately. Introducing a customer does not automatically allocate the installation to you.
